**MaxFoc Terms of Service** **Last updated:** April 09, 2025 **Effective Date**: April 09, 2025 Please read the following terms of agreement carefully before using MaxFoc. Using this application is deemed that you have agreed to the terms of this agreement. ## 1. Scope of use MaxFoc is a focus app for personal non-commercial use. Without authorization, this app may not be used for commercial operations, data collection or secondary development. ## 2.PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed the **Privacy Policy** in order for you to understand how we process, use and store information including personal data. Access to the App and use of the Services are subject to the **Privacy Policy**. By accessing the App and by continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the **Privacy Policy**, and in particular, you are deemed to have acknowledged the ways we process your information as well as appropriate legal grounds for processing described in the **Privacy Policy**. We reserve the right to amend the **Privacy Policy** from time to time. If you disagree with any part of the **Privacy Policy**, you must immediately stop using the App and Services. User Responsibilities • Users should ensure that they comply with local laws and regulations when using this App. • User-generated content (such as focus time, etc.) is the responsibility of the user to keep and manage. • The focus time data, focus settings and other information generated by the user are only visible locally on the current device. There is no cloud account cross-device service. Once this app is uninstalled, the data will no longer be saved and cannot be accessed again. • This app does not have an account system. All your data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, we will not be able to recover your data, so please make sure to back it up beforehand. ## 4. Service Changes and Interruptions MaxFoc reserves the right to update, optimize or adjust product functions at any time. ## 5. Intellectual Property The Logo design, interface design, functional logic, etc. of MaxFoc are all copyrighted and may not be copied, imitated, disseminated or used on other platforms without authorization. ## 6. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion for any reason. Upon any termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you herein shall terminate; (b) you must cease all use of the App. ## 7. SEVERABILITY If at any time any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be more narrowly construed so that it becomes legal, valid and enforceable or, if this is not possible, deleted. The other terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply with full force and effect. You shall not delegate or assign or transfer or purport to delegate or assign or transfer the contract between you and us to any other person. ## 8.
